Terms
Last updated September 15, 2026.
These terms apply to local443.com and to conversations you start with Local443 through this site. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
This site
The site is here to explain what we do and to let you get in touch. It is not an online store. It does not create an account, take payment, or finish an order by itself.
Inquiries are not a contract
Sending the contact form, or emailing us, is a request to talk. It is not an order and not a binding contract. If we work together, we will confirm scope, price, and timing in writing before paid work starts.
Prices and examples
This site is not a shop. Review stands and stickers are not for sale here yet. Any price will be confirmed in writing before paid work starts.
Mockups, sample listings, sample sites, and review counts are illustrations. They are not a promise of a specific design, Google ranking, rating, or number of reviews. Results depend on the business, the market, and Google.
Google and other names
Google, Google Maps, and related marks belong to Google LLC. Local443 is not part of Google, not endorsed by Google, and not a Google partner unless we say so in writing for a specific job. Other product and company names on this site belong to their owners.
Links to other sites, including live client examples, are their responsibility. Their terms and privacy rules apply there.
Our content
The look of this site, the copy, and the original graphics are ours unless we say otherwise. Do not copy the site to sell the same service. You may not scrape it in a way that harms the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the form to send spam, malware, or content you do not have the right to send. Do not try to break or overload the site.
Liability
We take care with work we agree to do in writing. This website is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or unexpected losses from using the site or from relying on examples on it, except where Israeli law does not allow that limit.
Nothing here limits liability that the law says we cannot limit, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where that rule applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives you a right to sue elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
